      Retirement Market Business Leader for Asia

    Neil Narale is the Retirement Market Business Leader for Asia. Neil's client responsibilities center on helping multinational corporations manage their retirement benefits. He is located in Singapore. Previously, he was the leader of the GOSS Retirement Team located in India since 2011. Neil was also the leader of the Toronto Retirement Service Centre from 2007. He began his career as an actuary and consultant in the Toronto Retirement Business.He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1999.

    Godelieve van Dooren is the Hi Tech & Consumer  Industry Leader for ASEAN and is in charge of the strategic positioning of Mercer’s information services in 8 counties across ASEAN. Next to this role, she serves as the Mercer Malaysia country leader. Prior to taking up these positions in 2013, she was Mercer’s Asia Pacific Benefits Product manager and was responsible for Mercer’s benefits surveys and related benefits product. Godelieve is also involved in several industry forums consisting of leading MNCs, including Mercer's Hi-Tech and Mercer's Consumer Goods forum.

    Cecilia Deasy is a Partner and Regional Consultant for Mercer Marsh Benefits in Singapore providing consulting to the region’s largest organizations and multinationals developing their benefits strategy, addressing the demand for disease interventions, integrated health & wellness plans to drive employee engagement and productivity and flex solutions. Cecilia has over 20 years of work experience in the employee health and benefits industry.

      International SOS

    Dr Teo oversees the assistance services provided by International SOS Assistance Centres in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines and India, which also cover assistance operation support for other International SOS locations in Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Maldives, Nepal and Brunei. He also heads expert teams of Coordinating Doctors and Nurses in these Assistance Centres, ensuring a high level of service across the region. Dr Teo possesses invaluable experience in disaster relief planning and response, and medical incident management. In addition, he conducts medical training, medical audits, evaluation of on-site medical capabilities and development of medical emergency response plans for clients’ onshore and offshore sites in the region.
