A Partner in the firm, Godelieve van Dooren is Mercer’s Regional Industry Leader for Asia-Pacific focusing on High Tech and Consumer Goods / Retail as well as Mercer’s Benefits Products & Services. She leads several industry forums comprising of leading High Tech, eCommerce/Internet, FMCG and Retail companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across MMC. Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region. From 2013 to 2016 she led Mercer’s insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager. She started up Mercer’s Asia Pacific Employee Benefits products line in 2008 and is responsible for expanding Mercer’s benefits surveys and related benchmarking and benefits valuation consulting across the region. Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans. Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Liana is a Partner based in the Singapore office and is responsible for leading Mercer's regional Health consulting team in Asia. She has 18 years experience in the Health industry. Her primary focus in Asia is for the provision of consulting services to multinationals across multiple markets, including benefit strategy, health strategy, governance, plan design advice, flexible benefits consulting, innovation, multinational pooling, captives and analytics. Liana started her career with Mercer in Sydney, Australia in 2006 before transferring to Singapore in 2008. Liana is an ambassador of diversity and inclusion in the workplace across Asia driving thought leadership in partnership with clients on mental wellbeing in the workplace, aging workforce, structuring inclusive rewards programs with a focus on LGBT and flex and choice in the workplace. She has represented Mercer in a variety of forums– providing thought leadership around Diversity and Inclusion, wellbeing innovation & strategy and women in the workplace. Prior to joining Mercer in 2006, Liana worked in a variety of roles in the insurance and superannuation industry in Australia.

Lionel Low leads the Rewards and Change Practice at Mercer Singapore where he oversees complex rewards projects and is responsible for the development of rewards consultants. With 12 years of experience in HR consulting, Lionel has deep know-how in competencies, performance management, job evaluation, career architecture, rewards philosophy, compensation and benefits, sales incentive, bonus plan, and M&A integration. His client work has taken him across Asia, Europe and the United States. Prior to joining Mercer, Lionel was the Rewards Practice Leader of Willis Towers Watson in Singapore where he managed the Rewards team and provided oversight to the remuneration survey team. Lionel holds a Bachelors of Business, Specializing in Human Resources Consulting, from Nanyang Technological University.

Mario leads Mercer’s Mobility practice for Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. He is an experienced and dynamic leader with more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of effective global mobility solutions.
Mario’s experience in global mobility started in 1987, with the British Council. He has since held global and regional roles at Logica International, PWC, International SOS, and Deloitte. Mario’s professional experience was developed in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, where he has lived since 1998. Mario is widely recognized as a thought leader in global mobility and regularly contributes to conferences, articles, and media interviews. He actively contributed to the strategies of Worldwide ERC, where he served on the board of directors and as chairman of their Asia Pacific Committee. Mario trained many of today’s top mobility professionals and has received several recognitions and awards, including the first “Asia Pacific Global Mobility Professional of the Year” award by the Forum for Expatriate Management in 2013.

Nishant joined Mercer Career Services in May 2017 as a Principal Lead Consultant in Executive Rewards, and is responsible for advising the Boards of several large Singapore companies. As part of his portfolio of clients, he is currently advising a large media organization undergoing a digital transformation on redesigning incentive programs to support the change. Nishant joins from Pearl Meyer's London office where he led the Executive & Management Compensation consulting business for the UK and EU mid-market clients. He has over 13 years' experience in advising clients on designing compensation programs that help drive improved performance and returns for businesses. He also led Pearl Meyer's international TMT and Consumer sector vertical and developed the sales outperformance model to help organizations align their sales compensation programs with improved business outcomes. Nishant has published a number of thought leadership papers and blogs on areas including executive pay, performance management and pay equality. He has worked with a diverse set of clients, including private and public companies, with a special focus on high growth and how global businesses experience change. During his 18+ years of consulting experience, Puneet has provided advice to leading local and multinational organizations across more than 25 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Puneet has worked extensively in the areas of Talent Management, Rewards Strategy Design and Benchmarking, Variable pay design, Broad-banding and Job evaluation across industries. He has also advised organizations on HR audits, managing people issues in mergers and acquisitions, and compensation outsourcing. Puneet is an experienced facilitator and instructional designer and designs and delivers HR workshops and training for clients. Prior to joining Mercer, he worked with Hewitt Associates, where he headed their broad based rewards practice for SEA. Puneet has also worked with ABN AMRO Bank in UAE where he was head of HR for ABN’s Consumer and Private Banking Business. Puneet has a postgraduate Diploma in Management.
