    Bill was born in Canada and has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services & Consulting Industries. He has lived in Asia for the last 18 years, where he has held various senior level positions including CEO, Director in Consulting, and CDO.

    Bill is a strong customer centric business leader with a proven track record in driving revenue, profits and value. He knows the Indonesian market, has lived in Indonesia for 8 years, speaks Bahasa Indonesia and has proven success in stabilizing and growing local businesses. In addition to developing and implementing future focused organization designs and people strategies, he has developed innovative Health and Wealth Solutions. He is known for building sustainable businesses that transcend leadership changes. He also has experience in M&A from due diligence to deal completion to integration.

    Bill’s experience cuts across many sectors with focus in Financial Services, Energy and Natural Resources, Technology, Retail and High Net Worth segments.

    Isdar Andre Marwan
    Director, Career Services Mercer Indonesia

    Isdar is a Director for the Career Services business at Mercer Indonesia. His areas of responsibilities include Organization Transformation, Strategic Workforce Planning,  Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent  Management & Succession Planning, Remuneration and Talent Mobility. He works with leading corporations in industries including banking, energy & mining, manufacturing, and FMCG. Prior to joining Mercer Indonesia, Isdar held management and leadership positions in Permata Bank as the HR Director, Manulife Indonesia as the Chief of Human Resources Officer, HSBC Indonesia as the Senior Vice President and Head of Business as well as working for PT BITI2000 (a trading company) as the Sales Director and the Institute of Applied Psychology UI as principal consultant.

    Both as a consultant and an industry executive, Isdar has demonstrated success in both strategic decision making processes and the implementation of business and human capital strategy and has worked with both the public and private sectors in Indonesia and abroad. Isdar holds a Bachelor of Psychology from University of Indonesia. He is also a Psychologist in University of Indonesia.

    Shakun Bansal
    Head of Marketing, Mercer | Mettl

    Shakun Bansal is the Head of Marketing at Mercer | Mettl. Prior to his current stint, he was one of the members of the Founder’s Team.

    Shakun is a visionary whose passion for marketing has helped transform out-of-the-box ideas into breathing entities pushing the frontiers of Mercer | Mettl’s online presence.

    He has a futuristic approach which has been instrumental in solving increasing complexities of the digitally transformed marketing landscape with strategic decisions and execution know-how.

    His efforts have helped Mercer | Mettl take leaps and bounds in expanding into various geographies with a tremendous increase in company’s revenues. In a short career-span of 7 years, he has held strategic positions in organizations such as Rivigo, Ola and Larsen & Toubro.

    Shakun holds an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from ISB along with Mechanical Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

    Shakun is an avid reader who religiously takes time out to read every day.

    Ashutosh Pandey
    Business Head - Indonesia, Mercer | Mettl

    Ashutosh is the Business Head for INDONESIA at Mercer Mettl focused on HR transformation and People Strategy projects. He has been associated with the organization for over 4 years.

    Before taking up this role, he served as Senior Director and Head, Key Accounts ( North India). Being an early team member, he has played a pivotal role in creating new avenues for the business and has led large consulting projects.

    Ashutosh with his brilliant business acumen has helped organizations with the optimal solution for their recruitment and talent development practices. He has helped organizations take better decisions with their employment on-boarding activities and get desired results.

    A seasoned professional in managing Strategic Business with a demonstrated history of working in the HR Tech domain. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales, Customer Relationship Management(CRM).His ability to anticipate business challenges and offer intelligent solutions has helped Mercer| Mettl transform into a steady state from a start-up.   

    Throughout his 10+ year career, Ashutosh has held strategic positions in various organization, the likes of which are, HCL Technologies  and IBM.
