  • FACILITATORS
    • Junus Hartanto Judianto is a consultant with responsibility for conducting training and facilitating learning activities for clients from a wide range of business sectors.

      He has more than 20 years of experience in managing human resources, training, and business functions at numerous multinational organizations. His previous roles in the corporate world include Human Resources Director for Campbell Arnott’s Indonesia; General Manager Corporate HR for Heinz ABC Indonesia/Accredited Training Director for HJ Heinz Asia Pacific Leadership Academy; VP Head of Training Center for Bank International Indonesia; Program Director for Sampoerna Executive Resources Center; and Program Director of the School for International Training.

      His extensive experience in developing and conducting training, his quest for knowledge, and experience gained during his progression from entry-level to top-level management have provided Junus with the unique strengths that make him a qualified trainer for employees at every level as well as an inspiration and motivator for training program participants.

      Junus has received the highest commendations from clients for his ability to effectively transfer knowledge with his creative and innovative methods. His training sessions have been shown to improve employee productivity as participants willingly changed their attitudes and work habits, motivated to pursue higher achievements.

      Junus holds a sarjana degree from the Institute of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, Bandung. He has completed Teacher Training at the Consortium of SCF and EIL and has received Certified Trainer designation from five reputable institutions. His articles have appeared on numerous websites and blogs.

      Cheryl Widjaja is a consulting manager responsible for managing projects and initiatives while maintaining business relationships with all clients. She shares objective advice, expertise, and specialist skills in the areas of talent, performance management, and leadership and assessment.

      Cheryl has led projects on leadership and assessment, performance management, rewards, and employee engagement. Her client base covers both multinational and local companies from various industries, such as manufacturing, banking, telecommunications, real estate, and property. Cheryl also has contributed her experience in HR transformation projects to deliver business process mapping and reengineering, also redesigning human capital management standard operating procedures. Her main areas of expertise are in talent management, succession planning, competency modeling and assessment, and leadership development program.

      Prior to joining Mercer, Cheryl started her consulting career with Aon Hewitt and spent four years with Sinarmas Pulp and Paper as head of Corporate People Development. Her responsibilities included managing talent-related projects, including individual development programs using SAP HR modules for people match-ups and training needs analysis, leadership development centers, and senior manager development plans. Before Sinarmas, Cheryl worked for four years with Community Counseling and Mediation in Brooklyn, New York, as a financial controller.

      Cheryl holds a BS in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo, majoring in finance, internal auditing, MIS, and international business.
