Louise is currently the Benefits Design Leader for IBM APAC, based in Singapore, after spending the last 3 years in UAE, driving change as MEA senior benefits leader in Dubai. Louise has worked across many geographies, including Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe. She brings a passionate commitment to performance excellence and change management that optimizes the alignment of HR with the IBM’s strategic objectives. Louise continuously develops her theoretical proficiency and applies cutting-edge academic methodology to generate pragmatic solutions to real-world challenges. As well as implementing technology driven solutions that have generated huge cost savings. Recognized as an industry thought leader, Louise has written articles for several magazines and spoken at major HR conferences to large audiences. She was identified as one of the top 100 UK benefits professionals by ‘Employee Benefits’ organization.
Adel Tan

Adel spent her early career in Compensation & Benefits and thereafter moved on to take HR Generalist roles. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resource Management and is also a certified Global Remuneration Professional from World at Work and Hogan (HPI) Coach.
Currently the Director, Compensation & Benefits APAC for LinkedIn, Adel is the trusted adviser to the various lines of business, providing consulting expertise on all aspects of Compensation & Benefits including program design, implementation and communication.

Liana Attard

Liana is the regional benefits leader with more than 17 years experience in advising on employee benefit issues. Her main focus for the past eight years has been employee benefits consulting across Asia Pacific; for the past eight years, Liana has been based in Singapore.
Liana’s background includes a wide range of experience dealing with multinational organizations, including global relationship and project management and strategic planning with respect to designing, financing and providing benefits to a global workforce with a focus on cost and risk management, wellness and governance.

Neil's client responsibilities centre on helping multinational corporations manage their benefit offerings from a local and regional perspective. Previously since 2016, Neil was the Retirement Leader for Asia. In 2010, Neil was the Leader of the India Retirement Service Centre located in Gurgaon, India. Prior to this, Neil was the Leader of the Toronto Retirement Service Centre. Neil joined Mercer in 2003 as a Retirement Consultant and Actuary in Mercer’s Toronto, Canada office.
Godelieve van Dooren

Godelieve is Mercer’s Industry Leader for Asia-Pacific focusing on High Tech and Consumer Goods (& Retail) as well as Mercer Career’s Benefits Products & Services Leader. She leads several industry forums comprising of leading High Tech, eCommerce/Internet, FMCG and Retail companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across MMC. Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region.
From 2013 to 2016 she led Mercer’s insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager. Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans.
Josh Fisher

Joshua is responsible for Thomsons’ commercial delivery across Asia Pacific and is Client Director for a number of major relationships, including financial services, technology and government alongside Thomsons’ partnership network across Asia Pacific. He provides consulting expertise and supports clients in the implementation of Darwin-based solutions including benefits administration, flexible benefits and total reward.
Josh brings over 7 years of benefit consulting experience, having previously managed Thomsons’ client business covering technology based retirement, health and wellness and communications initiatives.
