Nansita (Sita) Basuki is a senior consultant in Mercer Indonesia. As industry survey manager, she has extensive experience across industries in Indonesia such as high tech, chemical, consumer goods, automotive, mining, and mining services. In addition to that role, Sita is also involved in various HR projects focusing in reward, such as role clarification (RC), position evaluation (PE), job-grading design, and market benchmarking, as well as reward and salary structure design.
Prior to joining Mercer, Sita worked for several years at a world-leading marketing information provider in a variety of operational, client servicing, project management, and team leadership roles. Her consulting experience also covers comprehensive analysis, including designing marketing strategies and product development focusing on FMCG industries for various multinational and local companies.
