    • Aurakanda Attavipach
      Chief Human Resources Officer

      Aurakanda has extensive work experience across various business disciplines namely Marketing, Commercial, Retail, and Human Resources.  As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tesco, she plays a key role in influencing people development in Tesco through Tesco’s People Plan by enhancing capability and enable business growth with a future-fit workforce.

      She holds a Bachelor of Art, majoring in International Relations from University of Washington, WA, USA and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing & Finance from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.

      Tana Pothikamjorn
      Head of Digital Banking
      Siam Commercial Bank

      Tana Pothikamjorn currently serves as the Head of Digital Banking at Siam Commercial Bank. He is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the bank through initiatives such as digital migration, customer engagement, digital sales, and agile working models.

      He has launched one of Thailand’s first mobile payments app (UP2ME) and was part of the founding team forming Thailand’s national e-payments initiative (PromptPay). Recently, his team launched a new mobile banking platform (Easy) setting the gold standard for open technology stack in the industry.

      He holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.S. from Stanford University.

    • Dr. Ake Ayawongs
      CEO and Partner
      Mercer Thailand

      Dr. Ake Ayawongs is a Chief Executive Officer and Partner of Mercer Thailand. His focus is in advising organizations on human capital issues resulting from international business expansion, mergers & acquisitions, business transformations, and changes in employee health, wealth, and career programs.

      Ake has extensive consulting experiences across functional disciplines, including strategy development, M&A integration, organizational transformation, and human resource management. He is a frequent speaker on M&A, leadership, international HRM, and culture integration in Asia.

      He holds a Master of Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School. He has completed the M&A Executive Program at the Wharton School. He is a Member of the Thai Institute of Directors.

      Phongpiboon Sak-Udomkajorn
      Director, Consulting Services 
      Mercer Thailand.

      Phongpiboon Sak-Udomkajorn is the Director of Consulting Services Mercer Thailand. Phongpiboon’s focus is in advising on organizational transformation, people strategy, organization development, performance management, and rewards management.

      He has experiences in both strategy and management consulting and HR and organization development consulting. He has led organization design, workforce strategy, reward strategy and scheme design, performance management, and talent management projects for leading organizations from various business sectors in Thailand. He has spent several years in both corporate and consulting roles in the Thai financial service sector.

      He holds a Bachelor Degree and a Master Degree in Economics from Thammasat University, Thailand.
