    • Satya Radjasa

      Satya Radjasa is a principal consultant and the country leader for Talent consulting in Indonesia. He is responsible for driving profitable growth in all aspects of the Indonesian Talent business.

      Satya has diverse working experience, particularly in the fields of brand management, sales, and HR, thanks to his previous work with various global FMCG companies. He was the head of Reward Expertise for one of the largest FMCG companies in the world and also part of the country HR leadership team.

      Prior to joining Mercer, Satya worked for a global consulting firm, where he was part of the leadership committee and held the role of practice leader while also managing entry-level senior consultants. During his time at his previous firm, Satya led various midsize to large consulting projects ranging from HR transformation, reward strategy design and implementation, competency modelling, variable incentives, performance management, and talent management, among many others. He worked closely with senior management and C-suite level executives in his many previous projects.

      The sectors in which Satya has experience include the public sector, oil and gas, telecommunications, FMCG, manufacturing, petrochemical, family owned businesses, and various state-owned enterprises.

      Satya has an MBA from IPMI Business School in Jakarta, Indonesia. He is a regular speaker at various HR summits in Indonesia and also an avid writer on organization and reward matters for his previous firm’s web publication.
