Dhruv Mehra is a Principal and Mercer’s Asia M&A Transaction Services Leader based in Singapore, covering the ASEAN, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India markets. He has more almost 15 years of consulting experience focused on human capital issues, and has worked on a broad range of assignments, including cross-border M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, harmonization of employee compensation and benefits, workforce integration and cultural integration. Dhruv has advised both private equity as well as corporate clients in the US and Asia on various types of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint-ventures. He has worked on more than 200 transactions covering various sectors, such as manufacturing, financial services, insurance, retail, auto, healthcare, media, IT/telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries
Sid’s HR and business leadership experience spans corporate and consulting environments in India, Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He started his career in compensation consulting with a global HR consulting firm and became the firm’s Australian business practice leader in 2006. In a previous role as an HR business partner, Sid was involved in the integration of a German acquisition that incorporated the US, Brazil, China, and Malaysia. And in his capacity as the total rewards and HR operations leader, Sid drove the large-scale implementation of WorkDay across Asian countries in just nine months.
Jon advises the remuneration committees and senior executives of a wide range of companies, including some of the most recognized names in the region. He brings more than 25 years of human resources consulting experience combined with extensive knowledge of financial markets. He has worked across the region, having lived in Hong Kong and Indonesia before moving to Singapore in 1997. In a departure from consulting, for six years, Jon led the Asia business of the Vanguard Group, one of the world’s largest investment managers, where he focused on developing Vanguard’s strategy for Asia as well as managing relationships with key accounts, especially sovereign wealth funds. He maintains an interest in finance through his role as an independent director of funds of the EFA Group.
Feng Yi focuses on advising clients on human capital related issues, particularly in the areas relating to M&A and Executive Compensation. She has advised multinational clients across multiple industries on their M&A transactions. Feng Yi has conducted due diligence on multi-country deals and worked on global post-acquisition integration projects, with a focus on Asia. Her experience also includes post-transaction HR programmes implementation, incentive plan harmonization, retention strategies and project management. Prior to joining Mercer Feng Yi worked in a global HR consulting firm, specializing in board performance assessment, executive compensation strategies, incentive plan design, and performance and talent management. She has worked with the Temasek group of companies, government agencies and both private and public companies in ASEAN.
