Lewis leads Mercer's employee engagement and research consulting practice for Growth Markets where he applies his training in organizational psychology and experience in the development of employee feedback and engagement programs to help HR and executives link them to organizational strategies and goals. Lewis is chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Occupational Psychologist and he graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology and uCognitive Neuroscience.
Career Solutions Leader – Asia, Middle East & Africa
Vidisha Mehta is a Senior Principal with Mercer's consulting business Career Solutions leader for Asia, Middle East and Africa. Her role encompasses providing advice to governments and organizations across areas of transformation including organization design and performance, change management, leadership development and talent management. Vidisha has an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi, India. She also has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Mumbai in India. She is a certified practitioner for various psychometric instruments (such as the Hogan suite, Saville WAVE etc.)
