During his eighteen years of consulting experience, Puneet has provided advice to leading local and multinational organizations across more than 25 countries in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. Puneet has worked extensively in areas of talent management, rewards strategy design and benchmarking, variable pay design, broad-banding and job evaluation across industries. Puneet is an experienced facilitator and instructional designer and regularly facilitates workshops for HR leadership teams. Puneet has a postgraduate diploma in management.
Engagement Practice Leader, Growth Markets
Lewis leads Mercer's employee engagement and research consulting practice for Growth Markets where he applies his training in organizational psychology and experience in the development of employee feedback and engagement programs to help HR and executives link them to organizational strategies and goals. Lewis is chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Occupational Psychologist and he graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology and uCognitive Neuroscience.
