This article suggests six effective tips for Boards of Asian companies to enhance their remuneration disclosures, and in doing so, comply with their relevant listing rules or corporate governance codes besides leveraging disclosures as a means to bolster investor confidence. These tips include articulating the executive rewards framework with the details of the executive compensation for key executives.
