How To Get Access To TRS Results?

To maintain a thorough and robust database that accurately reflects current compensation trends in the market, organizations are asked to provide their remuneration data and in return they receive a preferential price (or participant price) for the TRS results, which is significantly lower than the non-participant price.

Survey results may be purchased by organizations that do not submit data to the survey as well. The non-participant price will apply.

What Do You Need To Be Considered A Participant?

To continue producing a survey with high quality data, participating organizations are expected to:

list-icon Submit data according to the survey schedule
list-icon Provide information for all compensation items collected (i.e.Base Salary, Guaranteed Payments, Short-Term Incentives, Long-Term Incentives and Benefits)
list-icon Report all policies applicable to the incumbents included in the survey.

list-icon Respond to all the questions included in the Data Collection Kit (DCK)
list-icon Provide a good job match for the jobs submitted to the survey (when there is at least an 80% match between the organization’s job vs. the benchmark job description)
